Processing time normally takes 1 to 3 business days. During this time we:

  • Prepare the product

  • Package the item for shipment

  • Arrange delivery with our shipping partners

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on the product and the delivery location.

Estimated delivery times:

Local deliveries 2 – 5 business days
National deliveries 3 – 7 business days
International deliveries 7 – 14 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or logistics issues beyond our control.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product weight and size

  • Shipping method selected at checkout

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking information if available.

This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


5. Delivery Address

Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order.

Cars and Accessories is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately before the order is shipped.


6. Delivery of Vehicles

Vehicle deliveries may require additional arrangements due to their size and value.

For vehicle purchases:

  • Delivery schedules are arranged directly with the customer

  • Additional transportation fees may apply depending on location

  • Customers may also arrange pickup if preferred


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged product.

  3. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if the damage occurred during shipping.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact our support team with your order number

  • We will investigate with the shipping provider and update you on the status of your order.
